Integrated pest management for food processing units, packaging plants, dairies and central kitchens.
Food manufacturing is the most heavily inspected environment we work in. Auditors do not only look for pests — they look for evidence that a programme exists, that trends are tracked and that corrective actions were closed out.
RPS Pest Control provides integrated pest management for food processing units, packaging plants, dairies, spice and masala units and central kitchens across the Mumbai region, built around monitoring, exclusion and minimum chemical intervention in production zones.
The core risk in raw material stores; monitored with pheromone traps and treated by fumigation of stock.
Perimeter-first programme; no toxic bait inside production zones, only monitored mechanical traps.
Utility rooms, drains and packaging areas; gel baiting and crack-and-crevice application.
Insect light traps at entry points plus drain and waste-area treatment at the breeding source.
Receiving bays and loading docks; netting and spikes to remove roosting.
Each plant gets a documented IPM programme: a numbered device layout covering bait stations, insect light traps and pheromone traps, a trend record per device so rising activity is visible before it becomes an infestation, a chemical list with CIB approvals and MSDS sheets, and a corrective action log tied to each observation. Service reports are issued per visit and consolidated monthly, which is the format FSSAI inspections and third-party food safety audits expect.
Food processing sites are contracted monthly at minimum, with weekly or fortnightly device checks in raw material and production zones. Treatment inside production areas is scheduled during planned shutdown or cleaning windows. Contracts are quoted after a free survey and include unlimited callout visits and audit support during inspections.
